We could not be happier with our swimming pool. After reading the complaints we were a little hesitant to use Artistic Pools but once we had a conversation with the owner in which he explained each negative review to us and even showed us a photo of the cat! Our experience was fantastic.
I had several pool companies quote my pool project and decided on Artistic Pools of Sarasota back in June of 2012. The main reason was the level of involvement by the owner, TJ W, as well as his willingness to build the pool my wife and I "wanted" and not what he was comfortable with. TJ explained everything clearly and offered his recommendation on things without ever making us feel pressured into a decision. TJ always kept us up to date on the status of each phase of construction and was more then accommodationg to some of our abnormal requests. Communicstion is key in any project and in this area, Artistic Pools was top-notch. TJ made sure to say in touch following the completion of our pool to ensure we wre satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Artistic Pools of Sarasota to anyone looking for a great pool at a great price.

Every so often a homeowner deals with a company that provides the kind of service and workmanship that one would like to expect from people performing work on their home. We found that Artistic Pools not only met but exceeded our expectations. [redacted] was always responsive to our questions and followed up with emails or telephone calls to make sure of our satisfaction. We never had to wonder whether she would get back to us. She always did.
While [redacted] handled the proposal and ultimate contract it was ** and his crew that did the work of making our pool remodel come to fruition. His tile work was excellent and his attention to detail was evident. One indication of his attention to detail and wanting the job to be done to our utter satisfaction was rather than waiting for Pebble Tec installer to come and unstick out infloor cleaning system, I turned my back to walk to other side of the pool and splash, ** dove into a very cold pool to do the job himself.
We could not be more pleased with your work and would not hesitate to recommend you to any homeowner seeking to remodel their pool. Aside from quality of work their pricing was very competitive. Quality and price....you can't beat that!
