I did not have patient in the schedule, or we didn't cancel and appt for the pt. I did check our system, I will take the blame as I may have wrote the appt out and not put into sch. If it would have been she most certainly be notified. I just received a call to cancel an
appt on Nov28th at 8:I will put her into that appt will have to hear back if this will work. As I told the lady that came in we will not be a provider for the State Insas of Nov30th 2016. Thank You Susie
