Our experience was not a pleasant one. We were interested in a truck that had a video on their website that stated the seats ( which were torn apart in the front and ripped with holes and foam missing) would be reupholstered before sale. Almost a month later my husband inquired on the truck and was told the seats were as is .. even though the video was still up... and would not give any discount for this even when offered cash. He would not make good on his word and the video remained up. We ended up purchasing another truck from him against our better judgement and less than 2 weeks later it does not start. They seem to be not too concerned about the customer,just flipping cars. They didn't even take the hair ties off the shifter or the decorations inside out before selling it to us ... this makes me feel like they possibly didn't inspect or service either... I'm very wary and would advise others to be very cautions.

Best customer service I've received in quite a while! I would highly recommend them for any marble or granite projects.
