I have been trying all week to resolve this issueI have contacted the customer to let him know that I am working to resolve the issue as wellThe company we use to repair the propellers is usually not around as much in the winter due to the off seasonThey did tell me that they will be replacing his propeller at no charge they do have to find one because his propeller is no longer availableHe said that he does know he can get one for the customerHowever, I have not been able to get ahold of the prop shop all week and the message that they have on their answering machine is that they are remodeling and will check their messagesI have called them multiple times this week and no response yetI will keep you posted as soon as I do hear from the prop shop about the issueI told the customer this same information and I will also contact the customer again as soon as I can get an answerUnfortunately, this issue has never happenedWe have been using the same prop shop for yearsThanks!! Hi Stacy,Just wanted to follow up and let you know I finally got ahold of the prop shop. They are bringing Robert a brand new propeller next Tues 02-14-17. I just called Robert this morning to let him know this. Hopefully, he will b contacting you soon. Thank you

I received a call from M-W marine. She told me, that they should hear from northside prop shop in a few days. When northside prop shop finds a new prop and M-W marine gets it.They will call me.
