This has been Resolved

We feel that we have gone above and beyond and we feel that the balance due from the customer is currently $1,000. We did some extras by cutting extra holes at no charge we installed a dryer booster fan and cut two holes to vent it out the roof and used 123 bags of Insulation and took the old stuff...

out and once that was removed we saw that none of the duck work sealed probably so we sealed that as well at no cost, I left tubes of caulk for him to go around the windows and 4 gun foams also at no cost.

We are currently working on a resolution

At this time, I have made arrangements for BPI to do the work previously contracted. It is supposed to start Thursday, July 16th, probably finishing in 3 business days.
Since I am still skeptical, I will contact you the week of July 20th to report on the status (and quality) of the work (if) done.
