As I stated in my original complaint, The ruts in my yard were not fixed long after the concrete was pouredI have pictures of the ruts after the pour and before They were taken care of

Mr*** has falsely accused me of not completing work at his houseWhen in fact he is the one who did not full fill his end of the dealMy bid was for *** He said that he did not want me to drive on the existing concrete so I figured in the cost a pump truck to do his jobHe said he would talk to the the neighbors and that we could possibly drive across their propertyI told him if he could grantee me a way in I would take off the cost of the pump *** This brought the price to *** I never spoke with his neighbors and was not part of any agreement he had with themHe and I never spoke of any landscaping on his job until he asked me if I could work on the ruts after we were completely done with his jobIn effort to have a happy customer I said I would work on them but it was too wet at that timeIf it had been dry then the truck would not have left rutsHe seemed to be ok with that but when I sent him a bill he withheld *** I could understand that, if this work was part of are original agreement but that is not the caseAfter I worked on his landscaping with my machine and my menHe still did not pay me what he owed meHe has not done anything to the area that he is complaining aboutNot only has he shorted me out of *** of my original bid now he is trying to get *** more for work that he falsely claims to have done

When I talked to Mr*** I told him that I did NOT want him to drive on the concrete that was in place AND IF he wanted to do the job, I wanted the ruts take care of if he drove across my and my neighbors yardWe agreed on *** and he agreedHe did NOT fix the ruts and I had to pay *** to get the ruts taken care ofHe did NOT keep his promiseI am asking for *** just to cover my costs for him not keeping his word
