We have adopted a dog from the humane society in JanuaryWhen we adopted him we also were required to buy heartworm medicine for himHe took pills each month starting at beginning of JanuaryThe humane society also had given him a preventive pill in December when they received him at poundSo our dog has been on the Triheart plus preventive pill for months that we know ofHe tested negative for disease beginning of DecemberHe was just diagnosed with heartwormI am asking company to help take care of his treatment costs since he was on their product when he contracted the disease and they are refusing, they have also refused to reimburse us for cost of pills, test and office visits

Had our dog microchiped with this company thinking they would help me get my dog back if she was lost she was lost a little over two years agoThey called me on the seventh of July and wanted me to sign my chip number to someone that found her, when I said no they said well the people know you want to get her back so you need to get a attorney if you want to get her backSo they are helping the people that took her not the original owner that lost her I have looked for her for over two years Please help me

I never complain about anything, ever, so this company has to be pretty bad for me to have to go to this length I've made attempts since 6-to resolve this issue and probably 2-hours phone time with HomeAgain When I adopted my puppy, the agency let us know the entire litter was microchipped but they did not know which chip was associated with which of the puppies, and to have a vet scan the chip and call HomeAgain to get the correct address etc on file so if the puppy was ever lost it would be returned to the correct owner Every single time I call, they say the situation will be resolved and the "transfer process" will be completed And every time I call back with the actual chip # inside my pet's body, they read me the wrong name, address, etc for another puppy from the same litter If I did not call back for replacement tags on occasions, I would have thought I was all set since I was assured of this, but every time the wrong info comes up for some puppy named Jake
