At first, I was excited about doing business with H2Oasis. But then, everything started going into motion. I wanted to convert my existing wood fireplace in my 2001 built house to a gas log system because my son has allergies. I went with H2Oasis because they have sponsored our baseball teams in the past. The [redacted] was being remodeled so I had to drive to [redacted]. I met with the [redacted] people to set up an install/estimate. This was in June 2016. 2 weeks go by no call. I called to find out what the deal was. A fella finally shows up for estimate. He was here for 10 mins. I told him what I wanted and I wanted a blower installed and remote control system. 2 weeks go by. No call. I called the [redacted] store to find out what was going on. I talk to the schedule fella. He has never heard of me. This is now July. I get an install appointment for August. How busy can fireplace installs be in July?? I assumed there would be a follow-up call before the install. Wrong agsin, so I had to reschedule. Install day rolls around Aug. 15. Great guy that did the install. But, no blower? Really?? No remote control either. At this point, I just want this to be over. I gave the install guy a decent cash tip. So, Sept. 20th, pilot light wont stay lit. I call [redacted] store and talk to schedule guy. He said he would call me right back. Of course, no call back. There are 3 people in my subdivision that want to do what I did. I told them not to go to H2Oasis. Very disappointing.
