Owner has a condescending attitude towards customers. In this case the owner did not do proper inquisition about a plumping related issue which led to delay in getting the issue fixed, resulting in secondary water damage in my kitchen. Still she took the attitude that it was my (the customers) problem to follow up. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
