Review: Artnews is a magazine that is sending invoices for a subscription that I never signed up for. I never authorized any magazine subscriptions from Artnews and their payment invoices include the following passive aggressive harassment: "Since we have had no response from you, we do not understand the reasons for your delay."Desired Settlement: Refrain from sending any more unauthorized and unwanted magazines and payment invoices.

We are in receipt of the above complaint, for a subscription in the name of [redacted], [redacted].

Our records show that a one-year subscription order for [redacted] was sent to us on 3/**/13, with a request that he be billed. The order was entered, and copies of our March and April 2013 issues were sent. There is no record of receiving any response or a payment to any of the invoices we sent.

Since [redacted] disputes that a n order was placed, we will cancel the subscription. It is possible that another invoice/notice will be sent (it may cross in the mail with this cancellation) and if so, it should be disregarded.
