"Business responded to complaintAs per our conversation we will be going back to the customers house to tape and spackle as needed The only person we have that can do this work is [redacted] and Ms [redacted] must let him back in to fix the situation.If you have any questions you may contact me at 216-281-[redacted] ***"Rebuttal:As stated in my initial complaint, I am no longer willing to work with Mr [redacted] I'll state this once again, we (Mr [redacted] and I) agreed upon days in January to come to my house and complete the needed repairsHe never showed upI called him repeatedly, spoke with him once on the first Saturday (Jan10th) and he acknowledged that he was supposed to be here at 10am...again, he never showedI made arrangements to put my dogs in the kennel, and I postponed plans in order to be at my house on both Saturdays (Jan10th & 17th)This cost me time and moneyThroughout this process, he has been unreliable For these reasons, I will not work with him againI'm not wasting anymore time or money waiting for Mr [redacted] to decide when he wants to show upI don't feel like I'm being unreasonableI have given Mr [redacted] and the Siding and Insulation company ample time to rectify this situationSince Mr [redacted] claims that Mr [redacted] is the only contractor that can perform this repair, and I find him unreliable and consider my time and money valuable, I would like to hire my own contractor for the repairMr [redacted] can then refund me the amount of the repairI'm no longer putting my faith in their solutions, and will not be held captive to their time constraints.- [redacted] ***
