Review: [redacted] promised a lot but did not follow through, He was hired to install a generator, totally gut and redo the basement and finish up a paint job in the bathroom. He made a mess of the bathroom, but fixed it and said he would extend himself above and beyond from that point further, offering to assist with filing for permits. our basement has been gutted since April. it is now September and we come to find out the permits were NEVER FILED. [redacted] does not respond. he got in touch once to say he was going to get right on it. cant get a hold of him, our basement is a mess, our home is upside down, the generator the we purchased after sandy is sitting by useless, and he has our deposit. this is not how a business should be run.Desired Settlement: FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED ASAP!!
