told that the p[redacted] was only available from [redacted] and it would be coming in soon.I had received the p[redacted] on 3-10-2015, and st[redacted]ed the install of the p[redacted] and reassembling of the camcorder. Most of my time was being taken up with moving out of the building.On 3-18-2015 1:28pm: Mr. [redacted] came by the shop and saw that we were 2 days away from being out of the building and I told him that I had about 80 p[redacted]s left to put back in to finish the reassembly. And I am sure I had given him my new phone number and email address as I had with all other customers.On 3-23-2015 I had to leave town for personal reasons and should be back on 4-28-2015 at which time I will call Mr. [redacted] and get his completed camcorder back to him.I am sorry for the extra delay, but could not leave family in a bind.Thanks, [redacted]
