Review: [redacted] Owner of ( Art's Auto Body Repairs ) Located in 1226 South 31st Street San Diego CA 92113 Committed a Fraud to me By keeping my car for over 4th Months in his shop and never fixed nor painted when he warranty my car to be fixed and painted within 2 Week's [redacted] got $1,450.00 dollars in cash from me I have proves of receipts of payment I also have pictures of my car being in his shop since April 4th to July 27 Since the day he took my car to his shop He will never return my call's or text message he will only answer me when he find a excuse of his family problem for me to calm down and to be patient. On July 27 I got my Car out of his shop with Gold Rush Towing I have photos as prove At that Time I made a Auto sale Car Contract for his service agreement where he sing. In Case of Failing to completed my job. I was Not the only one that had that situation with my car With [redacted] many people will come to look for him or his car not being in his shop. some people got their car out of [redacted] shop with tow truck. One person Tell me that Arturo has been in Jail already because of this same situation with different people but [redacted] keeps working in his shop with new customers please check this business and stop this Scam and fraud's.Desired Settlement: I need [redacted] to Refund my money Cash in full $1,450.00 I have Prove of Invoices from Arturo I have pictures of my car being in his shop for over 4 months I have a Auto car Contract agreement sing by Arturo in case of job failure where he agree to Refund my money back, and any other expensive made by me in the contract as Car Rental. I have text message printed where he promise day by day to fixed my car and never did.Please Stop This Person from committing more Scam & Fraud's
