They left the door of my car open while parked outside on *** Avenue (not a good idea on ***) so the battery was dead when I came to pick it up. I wouldn't take your car here. Find someone else.

I had no problem with my battery when I brought my car it. It worked perfectly. I brought my car in because it had a slight grinding noise in the front end when moving forward from a stop. Nothing to do with the battery. They killed the battery by leaving my doors open outside in an area where where doors should be locked. Maybe they did something wrong when they tried to jump it. I don't know what they did to the battery but it is completely dead now. It won't jump or charge at all and the car won't start. The owner refused to do anything about it. He and his wife were extremely rude to me.

Very good business, helpful, very respectful and down to earth. Good conversation every time I'm there.
