Extraordinary
Every painting I have received from Arts Heaven, 3 in all, have been outstanding. In fact, I've been so happy, I ordered a 4th recently.

I have 3 Arts Heaven paintings. I recently ordered a 4th. Each of them has been very fine work done with high quality paints on a great canvas. One of the paintings, a van Gogh, was just extraordinary. I am surprised to read all this negative chatter. Seems strange to me. Extraordinary!

I placed an order for an item (art and framing) on 6/11/with an order number of ***I received an email on 7/7/that the item had shipped and I received it on 7/15/When I opened the item up, the frame was damaged due to the fact whomever put the item together put the hanging hardware screws too close to the edge of the frame and the screws came through on the front of the artwork/frameI initially emailed Arts Heaven on Tuesday, July 19th at 10:AM in regards to the damaged itemsI included a copy of the packaging invoice/paperwork and photos of the damage on the item and asked how they wanted to proceed (send me a return label, just issue a refund, etc.) from my work email *** and received no responseI emailed them a second time on Wednesday, 7/27/@ 1:pm, with no responseI also called the once and left a message and no on called me backFinally, on Saturday, 7/30,at 5:PM, I sent them another email asking for a full refund

We returned a painting and never received reimbursement for it Furthermore, all of our calls and emails to ArtsHeaven to have this problem resolved have been ignored Their website says that we will get a response in hours We have sent five emails, left five voicemails, and have been calling every day for the past three weeks, but we have yet to receive a response

Within hours of placing order #12426, I found an art piece from a different source that worked better for my space, and I contacted Arts Heaven requesting my order be cancelled I received no response I next received notification that my order was almost done and being prepared for shipment, to which I again responded requesting that it not be sent and instead I be issued a refund No response Fed Ex then delivered the art piece, which I didn't even open I immediately sent an email requesting refund instructions No response despite several emails and voicemails left

Review: I purchased a canvas painting of Rembrandt's The Night Watch from Artsheaven.com for $295.00 (order #[redacted]). The company lists a money back guarantee, minus 15% to pay for shipping. I received the canvas, but I was very dissatisfied with the product, so I called them the same day (January 12, 2015) twice, as well as the following day. I received no answer and left a message in all instances to call me back. I also sent them an email requesting information about the process to obtain my refund. There was no response to that as well. Please help me rectify this situation. Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: After the fifteen percent of $295.00 has been deducted, this company owes me $249.75. I want that amount of money refunded.
