To whom this may concern, The complainant on this matter is living in the apartment illegallyAs per the lease that was signed, a new tenant is only allowed in, if there is written authorization from the landlordThat authorization shall not be unreasonably withheldWe never received notice of a new tenant moving in, and as per company policy, we do not deal with complaints or issues from people we are not familiar with, and are not legal tenantsThe legal tenant though did call to complain, and her issue was significantWe did tell her that we sympathize with the unfortunate inconvenience she had to endure and offered her a credit in responseWe explained that the matter was partly out of our hands, as it occurred in middle of the night, and we did everything in our power to remedy the situation as fast as humanly possibleAnd that although we did do everything we are legally required to do, we still wanted to offer a credit to assuage her negative feelings towards the incidentShe felt that the credit was not sufficient to placate her for the difficulty she had to endureI did tell the tenant of record that although at this time I was only able to get this credit amount approved, I am still happy to speak with her, and try to push the landlord to approve a larger creditI told her on April [redacted] to call me Monday April **, if she wanted to discuss furtherShe has not called backIn the interim of thi s correspondence, I did get calls from the illegal roommate, and politely told her that "I can't speak with tenant's who are not on the leaseI am not looking to pursue legal action for a breach of lease, (which I have every right to do) because I have a very positive relationship with the tenant of recordan per company policy, I can only deal with her"I am still working with both sides to come to an agreement that is reasonableand doing the best a management company can doto keep everyone happyPlease fell free to contact me to discuss further

new tenant moving in, and as per company policy, we do not deal with complaints or issues from people we are not familiar with, and are not legal tenants. The legal tenant though did call to complain, and her issue was significant. We did tell her that we sympathize with the unfortunate inconvenience she had to endure and offered her a credit in response. We explained that the matter was partly out of our hands, as it occurred in middle of the night, and we did everything in our power to remedy the situation as fast as humanly possible. And that although we did do everything we are legally required to do, we still wanted to offer a credit to assuage her negative feelings towards the incident. She felt that the credit was not sufficient to placate her for the difficulty she had to endure. I did tell the tenant of record that although at this time I was only able to get this credit amount approved, I am still happy to speak with her, and try to push the landlord to approve a larger credit. I told her on April [redacted] 2015 to call me Monday April **, 2015 if she wanted to discuss further. She has not called back. In the interim of thi s correspondence, I did get calls from the illegal roommate, and politely told her that "I can't speak with tenant's who are not on the lease. I am not looking to pursue legal action for a breach of lease, (which I have every right to do) because I have a very positive relationship with the tenant of record. an per company policy, I can only deal with her". I am still working with both sides to come to an agreement that is reasonable. and doing the best a management company can doto keep everyone happy. Please fell free to contact me to discuss further.
