I have been using this company's products for a well over a decade, and have had the same (or a similar) problem a couple of times in the last few years: the software would not recognize my license key
In each case, the company responded quickly with a solution that worked
My only quibble is that their web site doesn't offer any direct contact information (phone number, for example)I wound up on this Revdex.com site while hunting for a phone number
