services as per the contract.Kim H[redacted] has attached one email thread answering her questions, and Kim spoke with her on the phone immediately after the sale of her roof (and in the spring) explaining the change order and the brochures she was sending her by email and US postal service mail. Below are the attempts from our production department to install the roof:12/6 – 11am – called and left voicemail to schedule12/7 – 12pm – called and left voicemail to schedule12/8 – 9am – called and left voicemail to schedule12/8 – emailed Ameritech advised we left three voicemails and were having trouble reaching12/11 – 3pm – called again to try and schedule, no voicemail left

I am rejecting this response because:
As stated in my original complaint, the business, during the time I was trying to cancel the project, misled me by:1) saying that I had to cancel with my agent; I was told that he was going to call me on the last day of the cancellation period. He did not and I had no other choice but to call the business again before 5pm as it was end of business day.2) upon calling the business by 5pm on said day, I talked to somebody, told them of the issue, and was told that the project was cancelled. I inquired about the refund of my original downpayment and was transferred to a voice mail box of the person in charge. I left voice messages for almost a week asking about this. At this time frame no communication was made.3) After a week, I received calls saying that the project was to be scheduled when I was already under the impression that project was cancelled and was just awaiting confirmation that my refund was going to be sent back.The owner also admitted that there was a miscommunication on their part. I really believe they delayed communicating with me when I wished to cancel the project as to get me under the technicality of not canceling, when in fact, I tried everything and communicated to them that I WANTED TO CANCEL.
