Review: Window treatments ordered 12/3/13--Installed 12/18/13. Noticed window treatments were too short. Called [redacted] 1/8/14 Sales representative to inform. She stated she would contact installer to see if they could fix. She also stated she may not get response from installer
right away. No response from Arts Window till 2/14/14. Made appointment for 2/15/14 from 1-5 for installer to come. Installer never showed. I called and informed the Company(Arts Windows) and was told He (can't remember his name) didn't know what happened as he couldn't get in contact with installer. He stated then he didn't know when he could come out again (Installer). I'm still waiting for a call . Today is 3/3/14. It has been three months and I am still waiting for a reply and for resolution to correct my concern.Desired Settlement: Correct my concerns of the product I purchased from them.
