"I have been an ArtsCow customer for years, as their promotions are great and the ability to customize is wonderfulHowever, this last order, I ordered two cosmetic bags, each one personalized differentThey were to be given to sisters at the same timeThe packing slip showed I ordered correctly, but two of the same name showed up (two different and correct designs but name on back was not correct for one bag)I requested they redo the wrong one, or refund both bags, as I cannot give to one girl without the otherThey insisted that I first destroy the merchandise, then they would refund ONE bagI said that would not work for me; I wanted the refund first, then would be glad to destroy itThey denied refundI went to PayPal who voted in my favor but then asked me to return the bags to Hong Kong with trackingI told them thanks but no thanks, that would cost too muchI asked instead if photos of the destroyed merchandise AFTER the refund would suffice, or shipment of the actual correct item could be expedited - I still want what I ordered! PayPal generously is going to refund the items with no penalty to ArtsCow, which bothers meArtsCow did the order wrong and aren't penalized?!?! I will never order from them againAdditionally I will find every opportunity to post a negative reviewThey could have just sent what I ordered, or refundedInstead they requested I continue to pay for their mistakeHorrible Customer Service."

We used ArtsCow after seeing a *** for their customized shirtsWe placed two orders: one for shirts and another for and our results were really bittersweet...but more on the bitter sideThe shirts look greatOur designs came through really clearI wish I could order moreThe issue though is their customer serviceFrom rude agents, late orders, and poor communications we were let down time and time againWe were quoted business days to produce and business days to shipOur shirts didn't even ship for over a monthOur emails were met with 'you placed large orders' and they never once let us know if we should expect to wait another week or two weeks or any estimate as to when we would receive our productAlthough I can understand why an order of shirts would take a little longer it shouldn't take 4x the stated time without at least giving me a heads up as to when I should expect my productThe crazy thing is our order of shirts (which is what the *** was for) also took a month to shipThe other issue we had is the crazy shippingSince they are shipping from China each shirt costs $in shippingNo discounts for quantity which just makes them too expensive to order from no matter how many we wantGreat products but horrible and unreliable service make this a store not worth buying from

In *** *** complaint, she states that she received an email which suggests we will ship out the order within 24 hours. We are unaware of such an email but we do however, have an email which states that the customer's order will be handled within 24-48 hours, which is when the order is transferred to our production house, confirmed, and processing will start. As the customer's order was placed on March 22, the production of the case took the standard 4-6 business days to process as stated in our FAQ. The order was shipped out on March 29 via Regular ***

To whom it may concern,I am writing on behalf of ArtsCow.com in response to Miss Johnson's case, ID #[redacted], regarding delivery issues of her phone case. According to our records, her order has been shipped out on December
17th and our estimated delivery time is around 8-12 workings days...

stated on our FAQ page here: http://www.artscow.com/faq.aspx#faq07. We believe we have made no claims that the product will arrive by December 23rd, 2014 and it would be most helpful for our team to further process the complaint if more details regarding this guarantee can be provided. If no further information can be presented regarding this statement, ArtsCow claims no responsibility in this matter.Furthermore, our customer service team has not received any e-mails nor voice messages from Miss Johnson and would like to state that our number will never be forwarded to other companies, especially those not affiliated with us.
