Placed on order online for a product through the website Artsngoods.comAn email was sent letting us now that we would be receiving the order soon and we received the product within a couple of days as promisedUnfortunately the product was not as described and actually quite disappointingThe edges of the phone cover were peeling off and it was clearly very poor qualityI emailed the company to let them know and they responded that they would send a replacementA week passed and we had yet to receive a confirmation email or a replacement productSince then I have sent numerous emails to request for a refund or some sort of resolution and have not received a responseThis sort of behavior from a company especially one that advertises for "quality handcrafted goods" is completely unacceptable

They sent me the wrong product, once I reach out to them and thy told me to sent it to their address for an exchangeI did shipped the item back and they refuse to answer my emails nor send me my exchange for which I paid for
