Upon reviewing the email chain between the complainant and Customer service there appears to have been a communication error. The Customer service noticed that the complainant selected to NOT have their picture printed, therefor an email was sent to the claimant to confirm this. The... email read as follows: " [redacted] You have uploaded an image but selected NO PRINT. I wanted to confirm that you DID NOT want this image printed" . The response that was received was " That is correct. I did not want anything typed on the picture, just the picture." From this response, it is clearly seen that the claimant and customer service Representative, had a communication error. That being said a refund for the shipping of the photo will be honored to the claimant.

I ordered a collage frame from Art To Frame with 3 8X10 openings. It was listed as 8X10 openings in the description. The openings on the mat I received were 8X10.25 - too big for the pictures. I called and spoke first to a customer service representative who was very rude and kept interrupting me. He told me I had ordered the mat with 8X10.25 openings. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. He was no better. I explained to him what I had ordered and he kept talking over me as well and telling me I had ordered the mat with 8X10.25 openings. I told him when I clicked on the image on the ArtToFrame website, it clearly listed the openings would be 8X10. He basically called me a liar and said the only recourse I had was to order another mat - and to pay for it PLUS shipping. Never again, Art To Frame....Never again.

Review: I have called multiple times and have left messages for [redacted] to call me back. I had questions about the orientation of a picture that I had ordered and believe that it was changed from the way that it was ordered. Would like to have it corrected or explain to me what I did wrong so it doesn't happen again. Review: I ordered a frame through [redacted] from this vendor in late September 2014. The item was received and my VISA was charged. When I took it out of the packaging I could easily see that the frame is completely broken on one side. Cracked, bent, and split through. There was a fligher in the box that says to email [redacted] if anything is wrong or to call at ###-###-####. It says they will send out a replacement in under 24 hours. I immediately emailed them and attached pictures of the broken frame. Several days went by and I still hadn't heard from them. I called the number on the fligher and was only able to leave a message. Several days after that I received a voice mail from them so I called back. I talked to a person named [redacted]. She said that that email address was no longer good. She said to re-send an email to her attention along with the pictures to [redacted]. I did that right away. I have not heard back from them since. I have sent multiple emails and even called them again today. Guess who I got on the phone again, [redacted]. She said she sees nothing from me anywhere, yet I never received email failures. She said to resend her my email string and she would have the person who this issue should go to, [redacted], confirm receipt within 10 minutes. That was at noon. It is now 2:04.

The picture frame was for a work of art I bought my grand daughter and I have not been able to give it to her. I don't want to go elsewhere because this place is apt to just send a new one. Then it would be of no value and I would have lost my $38.

I will try to call back again tomorrow, but will likely get [redacted] on the phone again. What do I do from here?Desired Settlement: I would like a new frame sent. This is a hard to find size.

Review: Glass came heavily scratched and not straight, called could only leave a message with customer service, have not received any call back.Desired Settlement: Replace the glass or refund my money.

Review: I ordered a frame with a mat. The mat was suppose to have 11 square holes for photographs, each hole being sized 4" in width by 6" in height. Instead, the holes were sized 3.75" in width by 5.75" in height. This is not sufficient for my needs. I contacted the company, stating that I expected the holes to be sized 4" in width and 6" in height, as clearly specified on their website when I ordered the single mat. They claim they will not replace it because it is standard industry practice to shrink the holes as they did. This is false advertising.Desired Settlement: I merely expected the company to replace the mat with one that has 4" by 6" square holes, as advertised, and make adjustments to the way in which they advertise to avoid future confusion. Instead, they claim they will not replace it because they are following "industry practice".

The customer service provided by Arttoframes is shockingly poor. The item is question is apparently worth only $7.50, a part of an assembly worth $66.80. I no longer wish to file against them as such a small amount is not worth the effort. I would, however, like to keep the complaint on record if possible (if there is a reviews section) to warn consumers against arttoframes.

Review: I received my order the week of 02/**/14 and my mats were completely wrong. Customer services phone number is also wrong in multiple places to contact except directly on the website. I called and left a message on 02/**/14, but have not been contacted since even though the website states I will be contacted after 1 business day. I also tried to call again on 02/**/14 and waited for a customer service representative for 15 minutes until I was automatically redirected to a voice messaging service. My smaller frame received two mats when it was only supposed to be a single mat. My larger frame came without a mat when it too was supposed to be a single mat. I also received the wrong hanging hardware. I also sent an email on 02/**/14 with a follow-up email on 03/**/14 without any responses.Desired Settlement: To have the products that I ordered, two correctly colored and sized mats for each frame as well as hanging hardware without any additional cost endured. And also the third frame with mat I was interested in getting for a reduced price and free shipping.

Review: I order a customer picture with frame. It showed me what the picture looks like in the frame including at the end of the transaction with what I am purchasing and the cost when shown complete. They stated somewhere in the process of ordering and uploading this picture I had to uncheck no print. The sent and email asking if I wanted printing on the printer, I stated no I do not want writing on the picture, just the picture in the frame. They sent a frame and no picture. They said I did not uncheck no print and charging me $8 extra to ship me the picture to put in the frame.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $8 charged for picture being shipped to me. I should not be charged. Why make a customer go through uploading and selecting the settings of the picture to uncheck no print. I went back to the site and tried it again and could not find this setting they stated. If you do not put a picture in the frame, it does give you this prompt asking if you want just a frame. I never go this prompt. My frame and picture was added to my cart and shown in my cart. Even my receipt shows with image.
