Had car taken to Shaners on 1-17-Car would not startMgr [redacted] stated Timing belt needed changedTiming belt kit and labor $Started having trouble with same issues within a few monthsLess than miles on itTook back to Shaners on 6-14-same issues but getting worseMrg [redacted] stated that the mechanic that worked on the car in January no longer worked thereNew mechanic looked at it and stated that it was positively MASS AIR FLOW SENSORBill for repair $Had to take it back the very next day with same issuesShaners had the car for two days with no idea how to repairMechanic was using GOOGLE SEARCH for answers and tying parts out of guess work on GoogleFinally on the third day I called a Junk yard to come and get it ( [redacted] )SHANERS CALLED PEOPLE at the junk yard and ASK what they gave for the car [redacted] stated it was a timing issue and were fixing it

was given one price of final cost and when my automobile was finished the price was drastically different
On March I spoke with *** at Svendson And inquired about a bearing replacement he told told me it would be I told him I would drop my car of that night and he said he'd wright a ticket up for it and call me when it was ready the next morning *** left a message stating to me that the car was going need the ball joint replaced do to it being stripped I called back and spoke With mike who explained to me what was going on I then said to Mike ok so whats it going to cost He says well how much did *** tell You I said he says its going to now be I said ok do it later that day I call back and speak with *** who tell me my car will not be ready until tomorrow because they have to order the part and its I tell him well Mike said anyway I said whatever do it about 30min later Mike calls telling me its going be more and gets upset be
