Complaint# *** ***'s Appliances We are a second hand store appliance that provides a day warranty with purchase of an appliance (unless it was previously negotiated in the price that their will not be a warranty for an additional discount on appliance price)We strive to give the
best customer service we can and we like to be understanding and flexible with our customers, as we understand things happenEvery receipt has the date of sale and its clearly mentioned that if it has a day warranty, as well as our NO Refund policy unless it is our error or appliance is under warranty and irreparable In this particular case the customer did indeed purchase a refrigerator that included a day warranty She contacted us about the issue which was about to be one week short of (days)In any situation like this, we try to see if its a simple fix that maybe we can just help the customer out, even though they are out of the warrantyThis customer was extremely rude, was yelling at me on the phone; I tried to calm her down and tried to explain that I was doing this refrigerator check as a courtesy since her warranty was upI offered to send my technician to check and diagnose it for free, but I clearly stated that if its something that required a part or anything, that it would be her responsibility to pay for the partI even offered to not charge her any labor if that situation were to ariseBut she was not happy and she demanded that I fix her refrigerator for free I kept explaining, I'm sending the technician for free to do a house call, he will diagnose it for free and if its an easy fix, we will take care of itHer behavior was so rude and unacceptable to meSo after dealing with her in person and on the phone, I told her that since she was being unreasonable and rude, that we would no longer offer the free house call, as it was a courtesy and not our actual warranty responsibility Like I said we strive to make our customers happy and we are very understanding, but in this case we just couldn't get a resolution, but not because we didn't try We appreciate the open line of communication with Revdex.com and thank you for your letter Respectfully, *** ***

On the receipt there's a map with our service area. Those are the areas that we go to for free. It states that anyone outside of the service area will be charged a fee
