I am currently almost 7 months pregnant. I recently moved into my new place just a few weeks ago. During this pandemic I haven’t been able to really get out the house unless it’s to the grocery store or a doctors appointment.
I was needing a washer & dryer and decided to go on *** and find a set that could be delivered & set up for me. With being out of work and rent still coming up I wanted to find a deal. I found one from Arturos Appliances. All the ones they have listed were around $365-380. I would contact the person posting the ads and all she would reply with was the address.
So since I’m unable to get out I had my fiancé go there for me. I sent him screen shots of all the ones they posted. The lady there told him they were all sold even though the ones there were exactly the ones from the photos. She then tells him $440 for the set. That includes the delivery and set up, I thought. So I told him fine even though it was over my budget, but we needed it. And since we live on the 3rd floor she tried to charge an EXTRA $30. I told him no that’s ridiculous she’s lying.
She settled on the $440. He paid with his card and got the receipt after telling them our address to deliver. At this point he was pretty irritated because he felt like they were trying to get over on him. And so did I. I called the store myself to make sure there would be a warranty and the $440 was delivery and set up as well. The man on the phone told me they would just leave it at my door. I couldn’t believe it. So I told my fiancé to go back in and get our money back. I can find some where else who can give atleast a 30day warranty, delivery, & set up for around $400.
He goes back in... it hadn’t even been 5 minutes to tell him we were not going through and needed our money back. The lady there was new & had no idea how to do a refund. The man from the phone comes out to help. They speak Spanish & assumes my fiancé couldn’t understand them. They sat there & lied to his face & gave him the run around & said no!

I have a machine for the cards. She paid for phone by this card. She didn't like the washer or dryer. The company with the machine took the money first. Its in the card business account. They said they wouldn't wait. The company has the money. Its in the account

Sold me a refrigerator that did not work scratched my wood floors and broke front door when they were replacing it. The replace leaks water they came several times and still did not fix it. I have water damage on my baseboards and they no longer want to fix because guarantee expired but problem was never fixed while I was covered. They also do mot want tl pay for property damage.

They didn't want us to come out and fix the repairs. One of the individuals would be responsible. The agreement was they no longer wanted us to pay for it.

The fridge had a faulty ice maker and on the warranty the ice makers are not covered. We replaced it anyways. It was faulty and we had to order a new one.

I am rejecting this response because: The ice Maker not being covered was Never mentioned. The ive maker is alO mot the issue with the refrigerator the refrigerator leaks and freezer door will not close. The fact that they are unaware of the actual problem proves my point.

The said company gives a 30 day warranty on all of their appliances they sell. I've bought 4 appliances from them within the last 3 years. One item I bought lasted 2 years before it went out, and thus the warranty is no longer valid, two others still work, but one began to make noises within a week after I purchased it. I used to work on appliances, and know that sound, it was the compressor going out. I went back in at the shop and told them, and they said they will send someone out to look at it. They NEVER came. Since then, I had to discard that refrigerator, and buy another one.

I purchased appliances from this establishment which is a whirlpool washer and dryer, as well as a Samsung 4 door refrigerator. I was given a 60 day warranty with the purchase. I contacted the owner the very next day because they were late delivering and was in no hurry to deliver my products as they were to take the 1600 hard earned dollars fro me. I asked for a refund the next day as my receipt said I had 3 days to get a refund. The shady owner stated to me that "no refund". Well I began to state to him that his receipt states I had 3 days to get my refund, he immediately stated to me that he would charge me a restocking fee. It was a red flag to me then as it wasn't even 24 hours passing between that particular time. I was talked into keeping the products with the understanding that I still had the 60 day warranty. Well I contacted the establishment for service with the washer as it is leaking from the detergent panel. He stated for me to send my address and phone number. I sent the address and phone number, as well as a photo and copy of the original receipt. I was given a time that the service guy would come out the next day. I noticed that the time had come and gone, so I contacted the owner and was told that I was not inside their service area and would have to pay more funds even though I have 60 days warranty. I would like help with this as it is not right to violate hard working Oklahoman for the sake of making a dollar. I am a honorable Oklahoman who work hard for my funds and would like these individuals to be held accountable for their con artist practices.

On the receipt there's a map with our service area. Those are the areas that we go to for free. It states that anyone outside of the service area will be charged a fee.
