I have used this business for all my auto repairs since moving to CA in Sept 2011. The owner [redacted] treats you like a personal friend and always finds time to assist you in person or on the phone and will usually take your vehicle in on that day or the next day, many times he's even taken my vehicle in on the spot or stayed late or come in on his day off just to assist me with something as simple as changing my headlamp or oil. He has given me a ride to work or home during my auto repairs. He has even given me repairs on a payment plan with good grace checks to hold and did hold them until I could bring in the cash or told him to put the check through. He will always return your phone call within a reasonable time period usually within an hour or two. He has good experience working with all types of makes and models of cars and I have always had solid work with good quality because he fixes what needs to be repaired and makes good suggestions of needed repairs while consulting with you regarding the repairs prior to making them without ripping you off financially.
