I have reviewed Mrs. [redacted]'s letter and was able to speak with Mrs. [redacted] on August 20th. Upon review I have the following concerns:(A) Mr. [redacted] asked for a summary of work completed and invoicing. We completed billing and emailed the paperwork on August 13th with water test results and...
disconnect installation. he is incorrect as the July 17th part of the invoice was $215.00 and the July 22nd trip and lab fee was $385.00. There was not an invoice totaling $450.00.(B) Circulating the bleach within the well casing is a different and more laborious process. This is typically done with a temporary disconnect and rerouting the plumbing. The full volume of water and bleach is pumped back into the well and washes the casing. The process takes 3+ hours to complete, plus materials and lab fee and was estimated at $500.00.(C) Both Mrs. [redacted] & Mrs. [redacted] were told a second chlorination was a possibility.(D) Mr. [redacted] states we did not circulate the bleach from well through the house. This is not correct as Mrs. [redacted], the owner, stated, "I hope you don't have to chlorinate the well again, as it was so strong in the house."(E) We have done work for Mrs. [redacted] for years and none of the residents stated there was a power shut-off other than the house panel. The light switch near the well is not a typical pump disconnect so we believed one did not exist.(F) I believe things can be resolved, as a courtesy we will credit the disconnect and misc, hook up costs. Sincerely,[redacted]Vice President
