Review: ON 4/**/16 THE COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME AND CONDUCTED A "SPRING OPEN" OF THE UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM. IT APPEARS IN DOING SO, THE COMPANY DAMAGED A PIPE/LINE AND CREATED AN EXTENSIVE FLOOD AND DAMAGE.

AFTER MANY LEFT MESSAGES AND CALLS, TODAY ON 4/**/16 THE OFFICE MANAGER SCREAMED AT ME AND STATED THE COMPANY WILL NEVER COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM NOR CLEAN UP THE FLOOD.Desired Settlement: I HAVE CONTRACTED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND REQUEST THE COST OF THE REPAIR AND CLEAM UP BE REFUNDED AND REIMBURSED BY THIS COMPANY

First let us state for the record, [redacted]'s claim is fraudulent and without any merit. It appears an act of desperation to have our company pay for a repair he requested we look into. After giving him a second chance, as [redacted] has a bad payment history with us (we had to send a demand letter to secure payment of $50, he paid it 11 months after the service was performed) , [redacted] requested we send out a technician to evaluate a broken line under a walkway and give him a quote for a new system, as the existing system was quite old. Our tech came out and tried finding both ends of the broken line but was unsuccessful. He took a look at the property for a proposal on a new system and reported that if [redacted] wanted just the line fixed, our install crew would have to be the ones returning with our machine that has a boring attachment to go under the walk without any damage.While we were working on calling [redacted] with the 2 quotes, the weather broke that week and we were getting 150 to 200 calls per day. [redacted] being impatient, kept repeatedly calling, harassing us for a price and a date to return, with a nasty attitude. Based on this harassment to our staff and manager, we told [redacted] to find another company to service his needs. We have no obligation to [redacted], he does not maintain a service contract with us and no money has exchanged hands. We are entitled to refuse business and we do not want to be subject to this customer's harassment and threats. After we refused his business, he continued to call us, threatening he is reporting us to every agency imaginable, and is going to create a website that he "hates Artys". He continued with calls asking for our fax number, then would call asking if we received his fax and asking when are we in the office so he can serve us with a lawsuit and what is Arty's last name etc. You can read in the review that he claims our office manager "needs medication". During all these phone calls, he NEVER mentioned once there was a leak or damage to his system because there was not damage caused by us. We simply did an evaluation. His system was inoperable from the beginning, this is why he asked us to look at it to begin with. This claim is an attempt to have us pay for repair to his system by making these false claims because we are refusing his business. His claim that we caused a leak and damage to his property is without merit and once we clear this matter up with your agency, we may have our lawyer proceed with a lawsuit against [redacted] for slander and defamation of our good reputation. He even went as far as to put a complaint against our backflow license when we never even performed a backflow test at his house. Again, another lie. We would appreciate dismissal of this complaint by your office.

Review: I was having issues with my sprinkler system. They came to evaluate and said some parts needed to be changed in order for it to work properly which included 4 outside valves and manifold. They turned on the system manually and set up the timer and left. Over a week later I noticed that my grass was turning brown and realized that the sprinkler was still not working. It should be noted to set up the initial service took more than 2wks and they actually did not show up on one of the days they said they would and calling to speak with someone is virtually impossible and despite their claims they do not respond to voicemail messages. No matter what time of day you call this is an issue. I finally got in touch with and set up an appt to look at the system again this Friday between 2-5p. No one showed up and by 4:00 p I started calling once again. Like usual no one answered the calls and I finally left a message at 4:30p. Of course no followup call!

To make matters worse my initial bill was for $225 (after 2 visits) and then they left another bill for $279 with an added charge and no extra work. They added 3 misters onto the bill which are not working! This company does not respond to calls and they do NOT answer their calls. They set up appts and do NOT keep them. In addition their technicians come and tell you things need to be changed which I doubt actually need to be changed. A whole bunch of equipment was changed which I think was old but not faulty and still my sprinkler system is not working!Desired Settlement: REFUND. They are wasting my time with missed appts and unreliable service. I am tired trying to repeatedly calling their office for days without a response!
