Miriams Earthern Cookware was willing to replace the MEC Large Pot, but I refuted in paying for the shipping cost US$(that was the cost of the replacement pot) I disputed this as it was already faulty when I received it, even though I had already used it once I had no knowledge of the fault until I had seasoned it 4-times and before usage It was when I was making a large pot of vegetable soup that I noticed a slight leakage and that I had to top the water level I then contacted Matilda from the Miriams Earthern Cookware but was told that it was as it was the precipitation
I totally disagree to pay the shipping cost and when I stated that I'll dispute this, I was told that I will have to pay the manufacturer a fee for unfair dispute, plus I'll lose my replacement pot
I would like this matter resolved by the replacement and the shipping cost
