We have been shopping at ARV Furniture since we discovered them years ago and they are usually the 1st stop we make after we get our income tax returnThey have always been very kind and patient no matter how long it takes for us to make our choice or how many questions we have and we have always been very pleased with both the excellent quality and competitive pricingThis last time we bought a couch setUnfortunately after it was delivered and the delivery people had left we noticed of the seams coming undoneWhen we called them they immediately offered to call the manufacturer and have a new one deliveredWhen I mentioned that I was nervous about the replacement couch having problems after owning it for awhile; the manager said he didn't think the same thing would happen again but that he wanted me to feel good about my purchase so I could come in and choose another couch set if I wantedIt is easy to give good customer service when things go smoothly but a different matter entirely when there are problemsARV Furniture has given us excellent customer service no matter what the situationWhen money is tight it is nice to know that when you spend it you are supporting a good local business and family that takes pride and shows it cares by the quality of their merchandise and how they treat their customers

Okay , so I'm not one to do reviews on stores that I bought from except for this particular furniture ,I mean they got it all ! Go on website or in person jus tell them what you are looking for and you will receive the customer service that is very professional and knowledgeable .and the gentle man that sold us the furniture actually did a courtesy call to see if everything is okay with our purchases.On top of that the pricing are unbeatable We are from Barrie and yes I will make a trip again to this location for future purchases

Arv furniture is based out of Mississauga Ontario and I was serviced in Ottawa I have purchased items from this location twice now and they are just wonderful Very kind and beyond anything they helped me with choosing some of my items with great advice Prices are like no other place and the service is equally is good star treatment Will buy from again given the opportunity and also highly recommend

We just moved to new home.We bought all furniture items A to Z from ARV furniture.This was very good experience Their delivery guys were very good.They showed quite a patience in setting Up the furniture After delivery we got one problem in storage drawers of our bedThis issue was addressed to very promptly and the problem was fixed within couple of day We would definitely recommend everybody to experience themselves

We went to ARV as it had so many positive reviews & we were not disappointedThey have a wide selection of furniture in store & many more options on-line
We ordered a bedroom set on-line but unfortunately it was discontinuedThe gentleman offered us the floor model at great savings but it only had one night stand which didn't work for usWe rec'd a refund with no hassles
The two people who own the store are very nice, helpful people who go "above & beyond" to help youWe wouldn't hesitate to go back & highly recommend ARV to anyone looking for any type of furniture

We moved to a bigger home and bought a lot of furniture from ARV furniture. The quality and the prices were very attractive. We had a little problem with one of the cup holder of the leather love seat. Even though the problem was very small, it was addressed promptly and in a very professional manner. Very happy with their after sale service.
