I had my tax return done with Kulch Associates and I found their work to be sloppy and incomplete Not only did I end up getting a notice from the IRS after Tax day that my tax return was never efiled, but I also received an additional notice saying that there were changes to my tax return and that I owed additional money to the IRS It turned out that these changes that the IRS found with my tax return were because the person who prepared my taxes put an incorrect SS# on the return for my son, therefore, affecting my dependent exemptions To me, these are easy steps and should have been mistakes not made I WILL NOT be taking my taxes to get done here again NOR would I recommend them to anyone else
I would like to take the time to say a few words about the outstanding service Searles Auto has provided for my family. My daughter had a car that had sat for months on end that needed a fair bit of work to make a proper assesment and get the car on the road to be able to sell it. Searles delivered awesome service and walked us through the process. Helping us decide which things were of most importance. We were able to get the car back and running in a timely manner in order to sell the car. Thank you so much for your care and honesty !!!!!!
I recently had my brakes checked by Searles. It was my first experience with their repair shop and I was thoroughly impressed. Andre told me I had 75% left on all four of my pads and that I didn't require to have my brakes serviced. They even adjusted my rear brakes, and because they didn't ask if they had permission, due to a minor miscommunication, Andre didn't charge me for the labour. I will definitely go back to have additional work done at this honest shop. Thanks so much!
