Review: Arvel replaced my patio door glass with the wrong size glass and stretched the plastic on my door frame to hide the mistake. I have called him over 30 times, left numerous messages and was given the runaround. They promise to come and never show up or just don't answer the phone. Im in the process to recover my expenses for the money I paid, the cost of the replaced glass and hours I missed work waiting on them to not show. They dont even deserve 1 star, but the system forced me to select at least 1.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $470 so I can put toward the replacement I will have to get because the glass they installed does not meet my condo assn inspection.

Review: Arvel,glass never provided me with my storm door glass. I called several times. [redacted] at Arvel,glass said he would be over Saturday May 30 no show and he said he ould be over June 1 no show.Desired Settlement: He can finish the job only on a Saturday now on June 7 between 4 and 6 pm. He needs to email me his confirmation that he will provide the glass and finish the job by then [redacted]
