Arverne By The Sea

Review: Hello. Last summer we purchased a multi family house in the Arverne by the sea complex ([redacted]). During the walkthru we noticed and commented that the builders did not install the door way in the master bedroom that leads to the stairwell to the [redacted]. The person doing the walkthru ([redacted]) noted this and confirmed that this was an oversight (as it is in the floor plans) and will be done. Months passed and we followed up with the customer service team (notably [redacted]) who never resolved the issue. After 1 year of waiting, I contacted the original contact when purchasing the house ([redacted]) and after repeated emails and phone calls, he stopped communicating. We are absolutely appalled at their lack of customer service and professionalism. This was a large investment and to have a doorway not installed is a rather concerning issue.Desired Settlement: We want the doorway installed as per the floorplans as soon as possible.
