Arvest Bank Tulsa-Broken Arrow

I have been dealing with Arvest via phone for over months regarding there new chip card not WORKING Anywhere I finally about weeks ago had them send me a new one The new card does not work at any merchants I have called over times in the past weeks and they tell me its the merchants system, I entered wrong pin number, and on and on They as a business take NO responsibility for anything They blame me or the merchants system for the error I travel for a living and my business credit card is what I use to travel I am scared to death to go travel because I don't want to get stranded on the road with no funds I have expressed this to them over the past months and no seems to care!!! I have my own business and now have to take time out of my day to deal with this I am now looking for a new bank!!!
