Dear Revdex.com:
In response to Arvest Banks factors:
- I did confirm that I still had possession of the card and was told by an Arvest representative that most of the time the card's information is stolen (card scanners), not the actual card
- The merchant is saying that the card was present1.) Do they have actual proof that the correct Arvest Banking card was present? 2.) can they confirm what security features were used? 3.) Can they provide surveillance of the person using the card?
- As for the transactions conducted during the same time frame in the same vicinity, this is entirely falseThere were no other transactions in the vicinity of the fraudulent transactions
I have also provided GPS documentation of my location during the time of the transactions along with a police report and contacts that would verify that I was at my place of employment during these transactionsIn addition to everything that has gone on between myself and Arvest bankI was told by an Assistant Bank Manager, that when the disputes were filed, all the information I was providing was not included in the disputes which was a large factor in why they were being deniedAlso, the last dispute and complaint that was submitted, I still have not received a response and can not get anyone to contact me back
I would be more than happy to talk with someone at Arvest Bank if they would contact me directlyThe telephone number that they provided in the response, is to their customer service line that informs me they can not do anything
