Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Prior to completing rental application and during application process , including conversation with apartment representative/ [redacted] informed myself and cosigner at her office that I would be approved with the income the cosigner informed her ofShe also mislead us into giving her an additional 50.00, in the amount of 100.00.I am sure this business has mislead hardworking people like myself Only to receive revenue by misleading [redacted] I look forward to receiving the additional that was given this apartment facility Regards, [redacted]

After reviewing the complaint and contacting the onsite manager she did explain to the applicant that her co-signer must make 5x the rent and have excellent creditAfter we received the proper documentation the co-signer did not meet the qualificationsThese qualifications are also stated the the
application criteria all applicants are required to read and sign. We did refund $of the $non-refundable fees (which states non refundable on the application paperwork) We also cannot guarantee approval without processing all submitted paperworkIf there are any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact usThank you
