The instructors are awesome. It the management is horrible. We paid upfront for three kids and they didn’t have an instructor to start the class at the time our session began, then proceeded to refuse refunds to me a several other families.

Do not join this dance academy. They are unprofessional who do not return money.
We enrolled for the classes and prepaid with their promise of full refund if we cancel in time. After cancellation, they promised to return money multiple times but never arrived. This has happened to 10+ students. They are not returning phone calls or money.

Arya dance academy has taken $76 instead of &38 from my Credit Card. I called the company twice in May'2019 for the refund (once on 05/10/2019 at 5:26 PM & next on 05/14/2019 at 11:16 AM). Both time they informed me that $38 will be credited in my Credit Card within 3 days. But they never credited this amount. After that I called them many times but they stopped picking up my call. I left voice message also but they never returned my call.
Again on 07/17/2019, I sent an email asking for the return of my money. They wrote that my money will be returned in 2 weeks. But even after 2 weeks, they didn't return my money even though they have acknowledged that they owe me the return. Repeated efforts (call & email) since May to this company has caused substantial stress to me.

Looking for refund , waiting to get refund since January 2019 , worgfully chaged extra , kept calling No answers from them , Dimpal person Incharge of billing department never there , diff people over phone all the time don’t know nothing .service been never given for month of Oct 2018 , company want to charge for partial service given ,many other parent loose there money too . Company seems to be not to care about resolving issue .

Arya dance academy has billed me for a month beyond the date after which I had submitted a drop form per their requirement for dance classes at the Columbia, MD location. This amounts to $76, which I have been contacting the company since December for the refund. They have acknowledged that they owe me the refund but haven’t yet refunded me the amount until now, as of today. I have heard from other patrons that this is a recurrent problem. Repeated calls since December to this company has caused substantial stress to me.

Arya Dance Academy is a sad excuse for any dance institute, let alone for an institution pretending to promote South Asian Culture. They charged registration and class fees fo
Many students in their locations through out Florida and canceled the classes abruptly. Not only did they cancel, but they continued to charge our credit cards. My calls were never answered or returned. Sent them emails too- and no response as usual. This is not just applicable to my account, it is the story of many in our location in Jupiter, Florida and many others.

Please do not join this dance academy. They cancelled our classes and never returned my money. They told me to pay in advance for 3 months at a time, also made me pay for enrollment fees.
They have not communicated about the refunds at all.

Hi,
I have been charged for 1.5 hr of weekly lessons instead of 1 hr lessons for my son. I have called consistently to remind the management of the mistake in billing. First three times (06/18, 09/18 & 12/18), someone answered the phone and mentioned that amount will be credited to my account, but continued to overcharge my credit card every month. After that no one even answered the phone. As a result of not being able to reach anyone over the phone, and no one trying to reach me even after leaving voice messages and emails, I finally decided to take my son out of the classes using online drop-out form starting April 2019. Now, the account shows a credit of -$266.00. However, the credit is of no use to me since I do not plan on re-enrolling my son. Can this amount please be transferred back to my credit card?

I registered my kid for a dance class back in June with Arya Dance Academy for duration from September 2018- June 2019 where entire year tuition was paid . Arya was renting the location from another dance studio which was then closing,so Before registering, I made sure that Arya still be conducting the classes from the same location by customer service person who assuared me if the location closes or changes I will get my money back incase I decide to discontinue. I got to know on very first class in September that the location is closed and moved to another place , so I called the customer service to notify this situation and asked them to refund me the tuition money , they agreed and ask me to wait 2 to 3 weeks to process my claim and I will get some kind of notification regarding refund . After almost a month again called them to check why my refund is not yet received I got the answer that there is no drop form/ complaint is filed for refund . Since November 2018 I am getting a response that I will get my refund in 2 to 3 weeks . Still did not receive my refund or any notification . Me and my husband were trying to call Arya Academy last couple weeks , they are not even picking up the phone . In such case what should I do ?

We cancelled our daugther's (***) enrollment with Arya Dance Academy last year. But they continued to charge credit card on file. After many requests, they issues a credit in the amount of $506 which still shows up in my account. We've made several attempts to get refund (electronically or check). No response to emails (bounces) and phone calls go to voice-mails which are never returned.

Arya pushed lots of advertising last year about signing up early for classes in the 2018-2019 year and getting the same rate as the 2018 classes (no price increase) and the registration would be waived.

In the fall, Arya cancelled the location in which my child was receiving dance classes. Myself and two other parents have been emailing and calling since Sept to get a refund for the classes for our children. The company has not even had the respect to give us a call back to advise if they are working on anything. We have tried all methods and now are reporting the company officially to get some reaction.

I have also asked a current teacher to assist and they have not been able to move this as well.

I disenrolled by daughter from Arya in mid October 2018. I paid the registration fee of $50, which I told would receive back since she did not even start classes. I called their NJ office directly and disenrolled her as they began classes too late this year and I found another dance studio to put her in.

Arya charged my debit card $342 at the beginning of November. This was completely after the fact that she wasn't even enrolled with them any longer. I have called them on multiple occasions to get an update on when to expect my refund & all I'm being told is the accountant is "working on it." It shows the credit to my account, but nobody is issuing my check of almost $400. They owe me $392 for the registration fee & $342, which is still questionable why they charged that amount to begin with. I have been waiting for over 2 1/2 months for my refund & it needs to be addressed immediately.

I registered my daughter for a dance class back in early June with Arya. Within a week after registering, she was really hesitant on returning back to dance with these instructors. I informed the main office via email on June 13th of our decision to cancel and requested a full refund. As I hadn't received a response to my email, I spoke with the class instructor who advised me to come and speak with someone in the office. After several phone call attempts, I caught people at the office on July 28th. I spoke with Rimple and Rahul, who both agreed that they would be able to process a full refund. They requested that I wait 2 weeks for the refund to process. Rahul took down my information and requested that I send an email as a formal request. I sent that follow up email to Arya and him on July 30th. I never received a response back. I made several calls and caught several staff members at the office during the next month. One (forgot his name) requested that I have to fill out a drop form - first time someone asked me to do this. I completed the form on their website as instructed and waited again. On September 10th, I sent an another follow up email requesting the status of the refund. Still no response. For the past 5 months, I've made numerous attempts via email and phone to collect my $456. This is extremely frustrating to say the least. I did everything according to their request and was promised a full refund as per Rahul, Rimple and several of their customer service staff. Why is it taking over 5 months to process a refund when it only took a few seconds to put the charge thru in the first place? I demand a refund immediately along with an apology. I've had many issues with them overcharging and after months of follow ups, they've credited the money when we were registered student. However, I don't want a credit toward more classes, I demand a full refund!

This business entity collected money to provide dance services for our son. We worked with one of their support personnel and paid for the entire year payment in advance. However, their system also in addition charged additional amount to my credit card on file. When I call them they say that the owner of the company only can give the credit. But, the owner never responds back to my calls nor issues a credit to my account. So, I was charged twice for the service and the business owner is not willing to refund back the additional amount that was charged on my credit card.

My daughter had a bone fracture and I had informed arya for that and sent a doctor excuse letter in June 2018. Since then, I had sent multiple emails to arya and once sent a private message to their management (rupal p*** on facebook. I have not received any revert about the refund yet. Due to this I had missed my deadline of signing up for next year with a registration fee waiver.

The company charged for two dance class events in the month of January and February for which they did not perform the service. A dance instructor was to come to Indiana in January and February and they did not show up. Each class is $76, therefore a refund of $152 is due.

My son used to get dance classes from Arya dance Academy at *** location. They charge us in advance via our credit card on file. The last time he attended class was in December 2016. They have charged me for the month of January 2017. They had changed the time for the dance classes in January 2017 that was not working for us. When I called for the time change that was not working for us, they said they will refund the money at the end of month. It didn't happen. I kept calling week after week and all the time it was the similar response. They also informed me that they are busy with some activities and they will refund at the end of the month. They asked me to do the drop out form in Feb 2017 which I did. I was not suppose to drop out since they made the scheduled time chahe from the sign up time. I still did to get my refund as per their suggestion. It has been more than six months and I haven't received my refund of approximately $ 104.00. I have stopped calling them since June 2017.

Arya had a center in Springfield IL, My three kids attended regularly, due to fewer kids they closed the center for sometime. They approached us to re-open the center if we register and pay them in advance, which we did 646.90 and it's almost three years, they have not started the center and did not refund the money as well. Despite many phone calls, they are giving run around about sending my money. Every time they will say like , today we are sending you a check and you should get it in a week, this is happening since last three years.

Please help us get the deserved refund back.

I have been charged for services they are not providing and have been emailing the staff since July 2016 to get a refund. The staff has acknowledged after verifying with their instructors that I am owed the $200 that they overcharged me and every week they keep promising to refund the money and 9 months later I still have no refund processed. I have all the emails of this correspondence as evidence of these conversations. I want my money back refunded to my credit card and not as a class fee adjustment because I am not going back to them next year.
