Our company, Arzanos LLC, have received a complaint from the Revdex.com and below you will find our detailed response regarding this matter. On February 1, 2020, we received an order, order #***, from *** who had purchased a jogger set from our website, www.arzanos.com. The order was fulfilled and shipped via United States Postal Service on February 5, 2020 with an expected arrival date of February 7,2020 (tracking number: ***). On February 10, 2020 we received an email from *** requesting a refund. We advised *** that a refund will only be accepted as long as the product has not been worn, used or damaged. We also included our PO box address where returns should be sent to. We received the returned package on February 19, 2020. After inspecting the product, we noticed that the jogger set was not in the same condition that we sent it in, however, we advised *** that we are still going to approve her refund request. At Arzanos, we value our customers and we strive for customer satisfaction so although we are taking a loss since we cannot restock this product, we still aim to satisfy our customers by approving this refund. On February 21, 2020, the full refund was approved for the amount of $117.00 which is the total cost of the jogger set after the shipping cost of $4.00 had already been reimbursed back to *** on February 4,2020. Our website offers free shipping on orders over $100.00, so since ***'s order was over $100 and she was charged a $4.00 shipping cost, we immediately reimbursed her the $4.00 shipping cost on February 4, 2020. We advised *** that a full refund will take time to process and to allow 5-10 business days for refund to be reflected on her bank statement. The refund amount of $117.00 shows as being transferred to ***'s bank account on February 28,2020. We hope that we were able to clearly explain and resolve this complaint.
