A's Appliance

My washing machine was not working and I contacted Big A Heating and Cooling for the repair. On June 10 services were provided. We received a bill for 318.64 however I contacted them a few days later indicating machine was making a loud clanging noise. The repairman returned and said he tightened up things.....however, machine continued to make clanging noises. I made several attempts to contact Big A however, nobody would return my calls.The noises continued to get worse to the point the machine is no longer working AGAIN!!! I even sent a text message to the repairman's cell phone of the noise the machine was making. I am at the point now where I have to purchase a new machine and I am disgusted that I paid 318.64 for a repair that could have been applied toward the purchase of my new machine.Since I have given up on a return phone call from Big A I am purchasing a new machine today and I am requesting reimbursement of the monies I spent. 318.64!
