In repsonse to the letter we feel as a company we did no wrong and to settle this case I would still offer percent back from the original ticket and that would be A&S auto repair and sales settlement to close the caseLabor was paid to the mechanic and part is also a cost so I would say it's fair I would like a response to the agreement and on payment I would prefer to mail it Check preferably Thank you for your time with this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: Of statements; When I first called *** *** owner stated there was no charge to check my truck at which time I had asked. Again, when his mechanic first checked my truck it took them more than minutes to diagnose at which time I had told the mechanic that I had been told it might be transmission problems, The mechanic had stated " good news it's not the transmission, the reason you have trouble acclerating it's having trouble passing gas" Right after I asked *** *** how much I owed him? *** *** owner said nothing and to bring back the following Monday, I stated the Monday after Thanksgiving so I could put cash together*** *** "Does Not Accept checks or credit cards." Thus, 11-30-that morning I took my truck to A&S auto Repair ,at which time he wrote my name and phone on a yellow stickem not a mechanic's work order form and he stated they would check it again and call me before they started work but no call. I called at about 3:15pm he said my truck was being test drived and already fixedMy friend *** *** gave me ride at about 4:pm., her truck broke down by Crossroads Mall's in middle of rush hour traffic! It was late, We had no choice but call for tow truck to tow us to A&S Auto RepairWhen we arrived my truck was parked buildings down on Clower street in front of a residence's house! While *** *** truck was unloaded from tow truck Mechanic gave her Mechanic's work order form to write her info. unlike yellow stickem! Meantime, I had to wait for *** *** whom did Not hand me my truck keys until he checked each $dollar bill with marker, only afterward he hands me my truck KeysWhile *** *** took a while taking all her valuables out of her truck and took pictures of her truck inside and out that can verify the time!
As I stated before; after I paid and we left A&S auto repair my truck still had problems and did NOT Run any better, it was dark by the time we both got home. On 12-01-15, we both tried several times calling but no one answered phone it was late afternoon we finally got answerUpon arrival, We both told *** ***'s young mechanic that my truck had problems driving after repairs. When I finally got a hold of Mr. Beto the owner on third call early next morning of 12-2-and told me to bring back on 12-03-15. When I arrived in tears on 12-03-15; I was scared how my truck drove had to get of Expressway out of harms way, upon arrival at A&S Auto repair noticed a new printout sign stapled to office door and side wall that read: " Have the right to Refuse Service" that was not there beforeAlso, it was a different mechanic who took my truck to check it and took less than minutes to check it and stated it that it was my" transmission." *** *** atrived and stated that they had fixed what wrong and the problem was my transmission I repeated what his mechanic had said when they first checked my truck " good news it's not the transmission" and said it was with fuel regulator." I repeated that my truck had NOT run any better when I drove it out! It was clear I got scamed, they weren't going to remdy the problem and gave me a number to a man that fixes transmissions. ( but have several transmissions piled up to side of shop) In tears barely made it into my driveway. My truck not drivable unable to have it checked, if the fuel regulator was even changed since they didn't give me the old part or copy of WARRANTYOnly after I had contacted Revdex.com, *** *** placed more than calls to my friend *** *** on 12-09-offering to give her copy of warrtany that he had refused to give her. Yet, no attempt calls to me. Here is proof that *** *** didn't plan to provide me warranty of his service: My work order copy has "NO DAY warranty" it's blank, however, my friend's copy reads "90 DAY WARRANTY" WHERE MY COPY DOES NOT! I BELIEVED because she who took pictures and reminded mechanic that she would verify if parts had been replaced on her truckClearly, thay took advantage and did not plan to resolve the problem the proof is on my work order copy!!! I have copy of my friend's work order but don't know how to down load my copy and her copyPlus, they lied to my friend that the part installed in her truck was from O"Relly's which she had insisted on and concern that the part installed will go out within the day warranty that A&S Auto may not honor because of how A&S auto repair *** *** owner treated me/ truck and their new sign posted " Have a right to refuse service."
For the record and my safety; my friend *** *** notified me that the mechanic had made some threaten comments about me and were very mad that I had reported A&S Auto Repair to Revdex.com. Please let me know how copies of the work orders given to me and my friend can be sentThank you for your attention to this matter,

I am rejecting this response because: Issue is that I paid for repairs because my truck had trouble with acceleration which continued after the so call repairs. My truck was not repaired and the problems with acceleration continued. A&S Auto Repair charged me $175.00 for labor, $44.67, and 3.69 for  taxes = $223.36 for Repairs defined : "the state of being in good or sound condition" as their name implies.  Their mechanic defined as a person who repairs motors, machinery, etc..  Which means the mechanic knew or should have know what repairs were needed! A & S Auto Repair falsely stated that my truck had shaking and misfiring untrue, that may imply that the fuel pressure regulator was not needed. Since my truck problem was not corrected. Prefer full refund. I had to have my truck toad to another mechanic!!
