Beware everybody, wish we all looked up reviews before we hire thieves like this but my opinion is to not do business with this lady. I think somebody should look into her work ethic due to she likes to take money that is not hers. I hired this lady as well to draw up a floor plan and I got nothing from her and she kept my money. Wish BBB would shut her down or make her pay money back that does not belong to her.

I underatabns, but as I said before the charge for the set of plans was $6,000, the cost of the site plan is $im available to give her back that money and solve the changes in the plans for her, as I said, I already offer in the email from the dau july that I was able so change the red marks that she can send by pdf email, my services were as a cad drafter, im nnot involve in the construcction, suppervition or deliverey of any worker, not a supervision, she was the right and only person to be in chatge of solving issues, cordinate workers, coordinate enginner and of couse of review the whole set of plans before the construcction, my only responsabilty was the cad drafting design that she agrre with it and she paid for a finish job with her parmer present at that moment ,I have the drafingting reviews with dates, also emails from review in case that is required, two persons that were the responsable for review and accept the final jon, again im avle to give her back the cost of the site pla ($580.00) and of course make the plans changes, thanks for your attention to this matyterhave a great day!

I had one Regular mail, and later by my request to the dispute resolution Specialist *** *** this email , I had this Custumer by the name of *** *** in the *** *** ** *** *** *** ** , we start the design set of plans in the month on march, fist estimate was
made and sent to her in 3/17/this estimate include the set of design plans for a 6,sf Comercial Project in the adres of *** *** ** * *** *** **, this client was not alone, there was another person , her sister, who was part of this revision, decitions and reviews, we had several reviews of the plans for aproximate or weeks of work, when we were doing the plans,this cliente was in asociation with another persons, I belive this two involve persons were sisters, the time of reviews, decition in the plans, information, comunication were with two of them , l I recoment to her that she need it another kind of services to complete her job, one was septic desig who she already and had , another service that I recomend was an enginner to the fopundation certification plan, involving also the soil report, due to the conditions of the site, she didi not [provide me with a tophografic plan to review levels, she proportionate me a print of septic desifg that was not on sacle and with not dimentionssince the beggining of this compromise, this client knew that I do cad drafting design, just like any other freelance cad dafter, during the review proces I recomend to her many little details , but also important stuff, like sending the site plan to the septic thanks enginner so they can review and see how everything was going, this recomendation I gave to them no one but several times.she was the responsable as owner to cordinate information, review avery plan, contyact the right personal, cordinate construction, im not responsable for the construction, since the moment she had paid and review the plans my work was done,after that there we still a little changes more that I was doing , changes that I was open and flexible to do, unfortunatelly a few wekks after I deliver the plans I had call form the foundation constructor, the plumbing, both had wrong plans that she gave to them, they did not had the final plans, I culd notice a lack of cordination and organizacion in the processs for this client without the rigt experience in the construcction field, making a lot of mistakes, unfortunatelly all that came to this situation, when she contact me by mail and text telling me about the problem , I was totally open to help in a solution until the cleint get a little desperate and loose patiente , I was contacting another enginner with a possible desigh solution, unfortunatelly she send to me and email on july /21/were she was asking me to pay the changes for the construction wich she was totally responsable for, im not in charge of any construction, I am a cad drafter,she was asking for $14,on another email on july/29/16, diring the same week of july she mention on one email that she was going to make a legar court demand,I have all those emails if you need to ake a review of them, this email are in spanish, the las email that I had on july 29, she also was complaining for the plans changes that she need it to pay and also the cad file wich is a file to make changes in the plans, I reply to her that I was able to do any change in the plans that she need it I ask her to send to me PDF emails with red marks in order to do the changes, I was able to help her, unfortunatelly I had not more response , until this complaint notification.the cost of the set of plans that we deliver for this client was $6,000, that includes the site plan, she had recieve the whole set of plans not only the site plan, 6,is not the price of the site plan that this client is claimig to be paid back to her, the cost of the site plan is $ wich im able to fix and solve the cad drfating issue or paid to the client the full cost of the site plan whit is $580.00.thanks for your attention to this matter

I am rejecting this response because:I provided her all the tools to do the plans, I have all the emails and Yes I have not experience on that field, that's why I paid her $6,to make this job, this price was negotiated between us, she accepted to do this job for that price.I have the Engineer, Septic Designer, Foundation Contractor and Plumber Contractor as witnesses that she made a lot of mistakes to do this architectural and mechanical plans that's why she has to modified those plans in the last minute. Also I have all the final invoices from the contractors about to fix and repair the foundation slab and plumber, the cost is around $9,and I am not charging her the time and money I've lots for her mistakeI cannot understand how is she working with contractors without license.And because I do not want her has more troubles I just want my money back for the service $6, because she is not professional doing her job.
