Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Wilmer gave me a $bid for the total cost of the projectI was never explicitly told that I had to provide my own materials; had I known that I would have reconsidered doing business with themI would agree that yes they went down to the hardware store with me so that I could pick out materials, however, they would have had to do that anyways?? Everything they've quoted simply is backed up by documentationI was told they could dump project materials and extras for nearly nothing- his wordsI asked multiple times and he said it was OKI even purchased all of the materials down to the drywall screws included in that invoice (see artifact ...0265.png)- so I'm not sure where their $number even comes from with respect to what they provided?! That is based on fact ask this company to provide a formal invoice of materials used and what was given to meThey simply CAN'T.
In terms of timelines, I agree that I had a change of heart with respect to the shower valve- the only issue that really slowed them downI mentioned if that could be changed and if it would be too disruptive to their schedule, and they said noNonetheless, the project continued to take multiple partial visits after that was provided- so I don't know how this completely derailed their timetable? I took extra days off so that they could do other jobs and come back but yet they complain that I'm the one slowing them down? Give me a break
Regarding no damage, see artifact 0274.jpgThis was done directly as a result of their screws in the install of the shower valveThis is drywall work that needs to be patched, and confirmed by them, yet they deny it officially with Revdex.comI will confirm this with any contractor to follfor legal reasons
Lastly, I came to them with a logical explanation for reimbursement with facts documenting monetary damages and inconvenient delaysWilmer AGREED to a $refund (I could not attach that end of the TEXT string due to attachment limitations but can provide upon request (see artifact 0277)Did not receive a single thing even though that was promised
To end, this company didn't convey all of these secondary costs that they purport aside from the "cost of the project." No documentation was provided at this juncture I don't care for their excuses and/or petty liesI want what was agreed upon by principal and if they aren't professional enough to follow through with that then I would gladly escalate this to ensure no one else experiences this
Sincerely,*** **

We were called by Mr. ** as a repeat customer, I have had done one hourly job in the past for him "shelves demolition / wall repair in his basement" this time he was in the middle of a bathroom remodel left unfinish by a contractor.
I've explained to Mr. **, that I was in between jobs and I had a...

few days to help him do some of the work we agreed to remove existing shower enclosure (glass shower door, left wall, right wall, back wall, shower pan) and install new ones for $1500 if re installed similar materials.
My helper and I did the demolition and started the work.
Mr. ** didn't have any materials to complete the work and since he didn't know what to get, he asked me to go with him to the hardware store to purchase materials, 5 hours my helper and I to get his materials and we rent a trailer to delivery his materials $380 he didn't paid.
We delivered all the materials and he changed his mind about the shower valve, I explained to him that it will delay my work waiting for another shower valve, he went and got another shower valve (first day I was supposed to complete 50% to 60% of the work and I only completed 10% because of his delays.
Long story short delays like the above described used all of my time and a job that could have been done in 3 days couldn't get completed because of his delays.
He only provided the materials and I provided $300 worth of materials, that he didn't pay for.
I even dumped all the trash that came out of the demolition, plus some trash he  put in the rented trailer around $180 dollars.
We completed the shower valve replacement $250, the shower pan replacement $250, the shower walls installation $750 and the shower head.
I had a family medical emergency with one of my kids and I had to stop his work, I explained it to him and left.
I couldn't come back to do more work for him but I didn't damaged or did anything wrong to Mr.**.
Sincerely,
Wilmer G[redacted]AS General Contractor LLC[redacted] www.asgeneralcontractor.com
