Regretfully Mr [redacted] 's initial email dated 6/28/was not received by our staff; upon further investigation we discovered the email in an employee's spam folder, which we expressed to Mr [redacted] along with our apology for our inadvertent lack of response Our VP responded immediately to Mr [redacted] 's email received 9/21/ensuring he would be removed from our mailing list managed by our outsourced marketing firmIn addition on 9/22/our Compliance Department emailed Mr [redacted] that we received confirmation from our outsourced marketing firm that his information had been removed from our mailing list In addition we provided Mr [redacted] with a Federal Trade Commission article and website links explaining how and why consumers receive marketing materials, along with national opt-out instructions for both Pre-Screened Offers and Do-Not-Call lists.All of the above emails have been attached for Revdex.com review

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.It is so sad that they only "make things right" after 3rd parties are involvedThey also claim to be able to opt-out with the information they providedwhich I did shortly after movingThey and every other lending company places this on their advertisements as a fail safe to place blame elsewhereAlso note that any time frame they give to allow their outsourced company to put a stop on any communication started back in June 2016, not September 2016, and I will always reserve my right to reverse this decision in the future Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted]'s email received 9/21/16 ensuring he would be removed from our mailing list managed by our outsourced marketing firm.
