Review: On 3/11/2015 I towed my car to this shop for repair. He diagnosed my car and told me I had to give a deposit cash only first then pay the rest by cash also. He told me he will never accept anything but cash. When I went to take a look at my car I asked why wasn't my gasket put on. He said he bought a new one that was better for my car. So I trusted him. So when I received my car back it was not running properly. I returned to the shop twice on Sunday 3/15/2015. The first time I asked why was my car running so hard. He said it was because the transmission had to kick in because he put new transmission fluid in it. He told me I had to drive it. So I left and then I turned right back around and asked him why is my rpm and mpr gauge not working? He told me the same thing, that I had to drive it for the transmission to kick in for the guages to work. I tried calling multiple times on 3/16/2015 3/17/2015 and left a note on the shop door 3/18/2015 for him to call me. So he called me back on 3/18/2015 and I explained that my car was not shifting at all and I asked if I could have a refund. He refused so I said I will tell Revdex.com and sue if I had to.He replied sue I don't care.I had two mechanics that don't know each other come on different days and check to see what was wrong with my car and they both said this is the worst rigged job they had ever seen. 10 codes come up for the transmission. They also said the shop used grey silicon instead of the gasket that I had provided. They said it was too much silicon and there was a big possibility it went into the transmission fluid causing damage. And the shift cable is not the correct one for my vehicle. They said the frame for the shift cable was cut to try and make it fit on my car. They said I need a new transmission because the car was rigged badly. The first mechanic also said the electrical wire cables are laying against the drive shaft to the 4 wheel drive. the first mechanic says transmission needs internal work that's the reason for replacement.Desired Settlement: I want my transmission, the transmission shift cable, the electrical wires replaced which totals to 2600 dollars. I want the work to be done by the mechanic of my choice.

Review: I gave the mechanic ([redacted]) $500 to fix my car and not only has he not fix the car he don't want to give me my money back. He's been lying and giving me the run around about fixing my car. It' been over 3 weeks and nothing . He will not answer my calls , I'm trying to get a hold of him to get my vehicle tow from his shop.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $500 and my car back in my possession . I also want the shop down at the Revdex.com and the shop closed down because, he practice bad business with his customers. He doesn't deserve to be in business because, he don't have any morals and respect for other people and there property.

Review: On 5/7/2014 I had my car towed to a repair shop located at [redacted] to have service done on the car. I talked with the owner on that day, and informed him of the tow to his shop. I asked him how much would it cost to have the Heads done on the car. He gave me a quote over the phone for $550.00, and I told him that was fine. I called the owner to get an update on the car, and he told me that he needed some money, to send the heads out to get something done on them. After 30 days passed by, I keep calling him, and he stated that he was backed up, and he would get to the car soon. I went by his shop, and the car was sitting outside, with the hood up and the Value cover was off. I gave the owner $300 on my car, and he told me once the part came back, it would be put back together. I gave him parts that I brought from [redacted] to tune up the car, replace the oil, and change the filters. He said that was fine, and after another 30 days, the car still wasn't ready. I went by the shop again, ask him where is my radio, and he informed me that it was stolen, so he said he was going to replace it. I called every day asking when will it be ready, and I was getting so mad, that this car has been in the shop since 5/7 and it was 7/9 when he called and said it was ready. I told him that I was going out of town, and I will be there on 7/14 to pick it up. When I got to the shop, the car wasn't there, he said it was getting the radio placed back in it. I came back and drove the car, the Engine light was on, and he open the hood, and I seen the mechanic, placing a clamp on the PVC value. He told me to replace the hose, and he was trying to put Freon in the car, but the Freon wasn't even going in, at all. So I called [redacted], and had them pick up the car from his shop, paid the remaining balance of $250, and let them bring the car to my house. I called my friend who is a mechanic in Fresno, to come check out the car. He gave me this list of things that wasn't done on the car. Told me to contact you.Desired Settlement: Here is what wasn't done. Value cover gasket leeks oil, Front seal never replaced, leaking oil. No oil change to the car, Didn't change the wires, Did place he Spark Plugs in the car, New PVC value was on the car seat, didn't replace that, Engine light with code misfire on cylinder 4, Wiring issue. coolant temp sensor unplugged. Car was hit on the drivers side fender and front hood. Wasn't like that when I put it in the shop. I have pictures when purchased. I want my money back.
