Good morningI feel like this will be an ongoing dispute due to the factor of a lot of hearsayYes *** *** went on our social media page and written up a bad reviewWe've tried numerous attempts to service her needs but there seem to be a misunderstanding on her partThe statements of her warning customers to not do business with us or our service is another factor or example of the misconduct from this clientWe reserve our right to service this customer for a third time due to the fact that we feel our business might suffer from engaging in further transactions with herWe've call Revdex.com to resolve the matter over the phoneThe client is very rudeClient has used profanity towards staff membersThe client is claiming someone of the name Peter works there but we currently or never staffed anyone by the name of peterThe client was advised that she's not obligated to take her prescription to usWe kindly informed her of her op tions and she was ultimately not satisfiedWe do not owe the client any services or any moneyOur store policy both posted in store and on receipts clearly states warrantyWe can provide a copy of that if neededHer boyfriend and other associates are satisfied customers with our companyWe've extended or help and compliance and have met our limit** *** will continue to write or contact Revdex.com continuouslyRefusal do to the fact of her been rody and causing a scenein her complaints she mentions her supposed rowdy interactions with other potential clientsRevdex.com we left a voicemailI asked please if you contact my establishment in solving this ongoing unnecessary complaintThank YouFinal thoughts if our services was this tremendous and wrongWhy *** *** continued to come to our business for servicesShe has been informed she's not obligated to do business with usShe has a prescription that we explained to her she can get filled anywhere of her likingwere one of opticals in less than a 1/mile radius

I got on yes on their Facebook profile and gave a review and Warn customer about there service and told them to get everything in writingAlso The verbal abuse against their worker is also a lieI have witness of their lies and yes my insurance knows also about the first time I went to get my glasses done they charge for Frame and I took my own FrameThe worker they claim that doesn't work do and also he is his cousin smhThis place need to be investigated because they do a lot of UNDER the TABLE transactionNo the case was not resolve because they refuse to fix my glasses that I pay once again $forAll those thing that they said about discount and need to do both lens is a lie because my boyfriend was the one who took the Frame to them to get them fixhe said it cost $and that was all

They can not provide the receipt because they know they are lying about the warranty policy. They have the warranty policy written all over the walls in their business because I am not the only customer that has gone in there complaint. No my boyfriend and my other associate neither does business with them. My boyfriend frame were so cheat that he broke out in a bad rash on the side of his head.  I was anger and yes yell at them that this was not going to stay this way because they are lying in this respond. I have not use no profanity as they saying. They never have try to fix the situation as he is saying because my boyfriend and a daughter was there when they were saying to my face they not going to help me with my glasses that they told me had a 1 year warranty on the lens because they were progressive lenses. So once again they lying to the Revdex.com and yes I will continue my complaint because I want my money for they frame and service I pay for.

to whom it may concern. we must apologize for the difficulty that [redacted] faced with our company. as stated in our store policy, receipts and posted in store. Some frames have a one year warranty for damages. We explained to the customers that lenses do not have warranty. Also noted that we...

are not responsible for lost eyewear or eyeglasses. [redacted] damaged her lens due to an unfortunate event. when she came in and wanted to replace her lenses. we explained to her that she has a transition lenses. these lenses change with the sunlight fro clear to dark and vice versa. after some time of wear the lenses loses its capabilities by minimum. we explained to [redacted] that she should consider changing both lenses so the lenses color would match up. If she don't want to change both she can just replaced the one lens. we gave her a discounted price due to her unfortunate situation she was not happy and she became rude and disruptive. time has pa ssed and we received false and rude remarks on our social media page about our services and how we handle her situation. we also received rude and use of profanity to staff members. [redacted] recently came in yet another time to fill her new prescription. this is within a year difference I believe. we use our business right to refuse services to her due to the rude and pass misconduct and false online statements.she also claims that we charged her insurance for services she did not received but that's also a false statement and her insurance can verify that. we would love to serve [redacted] since she's a part of the community that we service. we do have evidence on our social media site that she used profanity towards our staff members unfortunately. also there's no staff member by the name of [redacted]
