The business in my Complaint #*** has contacted me and resolved the issue

Review: My order has not been received. They said they reshipped. I have not received that either.

The company said the order was reshipped, but I have not received it either. They say the package was reshipped with the same tracking number. But I do not believe it can be shipped with the same number.Desired Settlement: I would like for the order to be shipped. Per the company, the order has been shipped twice, but with the same tracking number (I do not believe tracking has the same shipping numbers)As of June 19, 2013 I still have not received anything. I was sent a confirmation of order on 5/14/2013. I think they should try and find out what happened to the package, not the customer.

To whom it may concern,

This customer originally contact our company looking for tracking on her order placed on the 28th of May. We provided the customer with tracking which she has acknowledged in her letter. Once Mrs. [redacted] informed us that she had not received her our customer service representative notified Mrs. [redacted] that another product would be sent out at no cost to her. Unfortunately the customer service representative was not aware that we had recently run out of inventory on our grass seed. Mrs. [redacted] was informed (via phone call) that she would receive a full refund for her order including shipping. A refund was issued to Mrs. [redacted] on the 28th of June. This refund was issued through our merchant provider ([redacted]) and was applied to her [redacted] credit card ending in [redacted].

At this time Mrs. [redacted] has received a full refund for her order. We have communicated with Mrs. [redacted] the above mentioned situation and have apologized for the inconvenience. We have also offered to provide her grass seed next year at half price one we have more inventory available.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] Portable USB Solar Charger from this company. On Friday September 19 I received an order confirmation email ([redacted]) for order number [redacted] stating that I had successfully placed the order and that my credit card would no be charged until the order was processed. My account was charged on September 19 for $21.97 (the product was $15.99, they charged me 99 cents for insurance and $4.99 for S/H, which they stated at the time of order was free). I have sent sent an email to customer service on 9/19 inquiring about the S/H and insurance fee, did not get a reply. I sent another email inquiring about the product on 10/8, 10/9 and 10/30, no reply (the email address is [redacted]). I also completed the customer order request on the product website [redacted] and never got a reply. To date, I have not received the product or a response from the company.Desired Settlement: I want the full refund amount of $21.97 returned to my account.
