She is only telling half the truthFirst, we did exchange the first item she purchased for a different itemShe came back later that evening and said her sd card was stuck in the cameraTold the customer I would look at the item and try to retrieve the cardShe stated that the camera was working great but needed her sd card out of the cameraNext morning I came in and look and was not able to retrieve her card with out breaking the cameraShe came back in that afternoon and spoke with Cindy who explained we were not able to get the card out with out breaking the cameraThat if the camera was broken it would void the warranty with usShe took the camera back and broke into the camera therefore voiding our warranty

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] *** I am telling the whole truth They sold me two defective devices , The first one that didn't work, they exchange for me, the second one they refused, treated me with no respect as if I was a liar I did not damage the product I simply lifted a piece and grab my SD card out with tweezers the product that they exchanged for me worked and still works but is missing half the equipment it claimed it came with, explaining why the SD card fell into the deviceI even left the devices with them over night to 'check it out' they said there is no sd card in there and no way for it to fall and and told me to after I told him I got the sd card out and proved I was telling them the trust she got super ruder and upset with me they would not exchang, kept giving me the run around to talk to the other lady cans come back another day just to turn me away again.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I am rejecting this response because:as you can see there is no reasoning with these people, exactly like when I was in the store, never once did they tell me not to open it to retrieve my property from they're product that I asked them to do for me but like I sai, they said there was an sd card in it which I proved to both Revdex.com and themHorrible customer service and the ones calling me a liar are they liars this is pointless to keep trying to reason with them.

great but needed her sd card out of the camera. Next morning I came in and look and was not able to retrieve her card with out breaking the camera. She came back in that afternoon and spoke with Cindy who explained we were not able to get the card out with out breaking the camera. That if the camera was broken it would void the warranty with us. She took the camera back and broke into the camera therefore voiding our warranty.

When [redacted] came in she was not turned away. She was told to come back when the manager was here. She said she works until 3 and wont make it in before she leaves. Again she was told that if she opens the camera it will void her warranty with us to contact the manufacturer. She stated that there was nothing wrong with the camera when she came in. She said that she just got her sd card stuck. At the point she also stated that she did not want to return the item that she just needed her card back. Then she broke into the camera and decided she wanted to return it.

Review: I placed an order on 4/*/15 for over $147.00. I had not received my product and attempted to call and email them and finally on 5/*/15 I was told through an email that they had products back ordered and working on it. I waited a couple of more weeks and contacted them again and they said it was on its way no later than a week and again it never showed. I called on 6/**/15 and they said if I responded to the email they would refund my money. It is 7/*/2015 and nothing has been refunded and no response to my email complaints. Never buy from them again.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back!!!!

Review: On 5/**/15 I ordered a magnetic mesh screen door. Delivery was to be 2 to 3 days priority. I have sent 2 e-mail request and 2 phone calls to their customer service dept. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered and have no response from themDesired Settlement: Ship my order and adjust the priority shipping cost
