Customer Serive is either Ignorant or deliberately stalling.
This has been over a two month ordeal.
I ordered a pair of HD Wrap around sun glasses to go over me prescription glasses.
I received a pair of cheaper regular glasses.
I complained and they old me to keep those and they would send me the right glasses
I received the same incorrect glasses and I was instructed to printout one of their own prepaid shipping labels and send them back. I did so the same day.
Tracking on the package told me it was delivered on June 30th. Today is July 27th.
Had several email exchanges. Each time they tell me to use the shipping label and return them. Each time I responded with the time and date the package was delivered back to them.
Their last response claimed they have not received the glasses and if I have any proof please provide it.
I told them to check their tracking number and it shows it was returned weeks ago.
No response.

We have engaged the services of Splash! DesignWorks over the past 8 years, since the company's inception. Their prices are reasonable and they render the highest quality service expeditiously. We highly recommend this company.

I ordered the Gotham Steel Pan on 4/10/2016. As of today, 7/14/2016, I have not received my order. I called the nunmber ()to file a complaint and the phone number is disconnected. I went directly to the Gotham Steel website (gothamsteel.com), and they had no record of my order, did not recognize the Customer ID number ([redacted]), nor my order #[redacted]. . I went back to the website that I ordered from (www.officialasseenontvproducts.com), and the Gotham Steel pan was no longer being advertised, but the same disconnected phone number to contact them was there. Once again, I called the Gotham Steel website and they hung up on me. I paid for 3-day priority shipping, and I am out of $32.16 for the Gotham Steel pan. I received emails from various customers who also are trying to get their order, or a refund.Desired SettlementI would like to receive my Gotham Steel pan. If this is not possible, I will accept a refund.

Ordered a product from "officialasseenontvproducts" [redacted] on 5/3/16 and also paid for 3 day priority del. Never received product.Purchased Cooper 360 10" Pan on 5/3/16, along with customer paid 3 day priority delivery. After product had not been delivered by 5/10/16, sent email to: [redacted] to inquire about delivery. Received the following response: Dear Customer,We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to demand at this time your product was placed on back order from the manufacturer. After contacting you on May 10, to inform you that I had not received my order, you responded with a note informing me that my order is on "back order". I have not heard from you since, nor have you offered a refund for my order and customer paid shipping costs. It is now Jun 2nd, and I still have yet to receive my order, or a refund credit to my card. At this point I have no choice but to report you to my bank, as well as the Better Business Business Bureau, of which I am a member in good standing. Review: Returned the item "GripGo" approximately 6 weeks ago. Confirmed with USPS tracking that the item was successfully delivered back to As Seen On TV company. Yet, company is refusing to refund back to my credit card the amount I paid for the item - $10.95 .Desired Settlement: want my money back
