Review: I purchased these "JUMP" dancing water speakers that are supposed to make a water show with the beat of the music....which they did in the first FIVE SECONDS that I had them hooked up. Then I turned them off because I was leaving the room for a few minutes but had just wanted to make sure that they were hooked up properly and working...and they were so I walked away. A few minutes later I was done doing something in the other room and I came back into the room where the speakers were hooked up (my game room) and noticed water EVERYWHERE...including on top of my brand new XBox 360 (luckily that's not having issues...yet) and one of the speakers was empty!!! By the way these are not speakers that YOU add your own water too...so there is not a chance that I didn't plug them properly or something...no, these speakers CAME WITH THE WATER already in them!!!! Anyways, so I quickly cleaned up the water and placed a towel under the "broken" speaker and tried to turn them on to see if they worked still or not, that's when I noticed that the other speaker had leaked half of the water as well. Cleaned that up and turned them on and one of them did nothing....shortly thereafter NEITHER of them did anything!!!! I emailed the "contact us" or "customer service" portion of their website and they told me that they basically are not the proper area to contact....BUT THERE IS NO OTHER COMPANY so they are blatently attempting to filter their complaining customers out the door without the slighest bit of resolution offered. I'm PISSED and I know they weren't that expensive but that does not matter ...I should not have to give my money away....especially when i'm unemployed and was just trying to purchase something nice for my husband!!! This is CRAP....beware!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money that I WASTED on their product that did not even last 10 seconds

Review: I wanted only one item plus the free item for only the SH charge and ended up with about 7 of them because the order page is confusing and set up to skam people. There was no final statement as to what I was ordering or the amount, nor was I given a chance to fix the order because it was already complete before I saw a statement of charges.I called to cancel the order and it took 15 minutes for them to answer only then they said they could not see my order yet and that I should call back later. Unless I can get hold of them to cancel right away, I will lose my PSH charges which are half of the total amount. This has SKAM written all over it and it should be dealt with as such. The item was at the URL: GetC[redacted]w.comDesired Settlement: They should not only refund all my money, but they should be required to show a final statement showing all charges before the final submit button is pushed so the customer has a chance to see what they are buying and to remove items as necessary. They should also not be allowed to tell the customer on the phone that their internet order has not shown up yet, because that is just a lie.

Review: I called and purchased the buy one get one free Flex-ble Hose for 19.99. After waiting about a month and a half I received several hoses and one week later received several more hoses. My credit card was charged twice one charge was for $ 287.58 and the other charge was for $ 99.80. I called the company and told them I did not order that many and to take them off my credit card. I paid 15.00 to mail the hoses back which I should not have had to pay anything since the order was wrong. I just got my bill again today and the charges have not been removed. I am an elderly widow and this company took advantage of me.Desired Settlement: I want the charges plus the shipping I had to pay to send them back taken off my credit card.
